“Awful. The places themselves were good. You don’t need to use this company. The commentary was terrible. Sounded like an AI bot. No pronunciation and no time to move. Also, the guide didn’t take account of current ongoing works (although it did highlight past works - strange!). Worst still, in the vague small print, it says that you can’t book a ticket via the company for a discount eg child, ticket. When I arrived at each Agora they informed me my 16yo child should have been free. Therefore, I only needed one ticket. When I enquired of Clio to rectify the price I paid (2 adults) they wouldn’t budge on…”
